Unlike many of her Pantheon colleagues, Verniselle regularly keeps a mortal-like concentrated presence, although apparently she does so in hundreds of places all over the world, simultaneously.
Verniselle's temples are actual Banks.
Amongst her contributions to society, Verniselle created the Vernis Vaults. The Vaults, five of them, are able to infinitely duplicate an item within them. Currently both Arachne Tellwyrn and Mortimer Agasti have them, although Arachne uses hers to reproduce an old candy long out of production which she enjoyed centuries ago.
Although the patron of stock brokers, bankers, accountants, auditors, and economists, and possessing a keen understanding of charts and graphs and math, Verniselle has a more casual attitude to specifics like economics.
Among the central tenets of her religion is a proscription against hoarding resources or money and against having more worldly goods than you can appreciate. "It must flow," is one of the catch phrases. Vernisites are not well regarded by the more ascetic faiths. Eserites have a systemic suspicious and mysticism around Vernisites, who will thank the theives with gifts and flowers after a successful bank robbery. The Eserites have a special rule that robberies against Vernisite Banks cannot be undertaken without the permission of, at least, an Underboss. Verniselle, personally, regards the Eserites failure to understand her cult as willful ignorance.
Verniselle, and her cult, are regard by the working class population as shifty, scheming, and conniving. Elinist High Priest Embras Mogul shared this belief and regards Verniselle as the worst and most corrupt part of the Pantheon. This general disdain for Vernisites which the public has is not helped by the stereotypical arrogance and smugness which her priests routinely exude (11-8).
Eserites once stole the Links of Verniselle, a ritualistic object used by her cult which was personally crafted by the Goddess herself, and desecrated it with an Avenist relic to protest the strong arming both cults did over the Eserite presence and control over the Spice Market in Tiraas (8-14).
Mathenon is a traditional stronghold of Vernisite belief (10-18).
Verniselle, unlike some other gods, is attentive to the meetings of the Pantheon (10-34). In person, she has little patience for repetition or wasting of time. She refuses to overpay for things, but works hard to see the value of mortal effort in the goods she buys and the services she patronizes.
Verniselle's sigil is three interlocked coins (11-18).
Her personal presence is usually as a well-dressed knowledgeable city-dweller. She normally appears very tan, with short hair, in expensive suits and silk clothes with rich jewelry (14-18). Her frequent mortal presence allows her to participate in the economy, as well as to make friends and receive personal gifts such as her friendship with the previous Eserite Boss Catseye or with Mortimer Agasti (who has no knowledge of her divine nature).
She is generally opposed to socialism and redistribution by fiat (14-19).
